Fun and friendly classes for everyone!

We are located on Coombes Road in Halesowen, just a few minutes drive from J3 on the M5. We offer classes in Bungee Fit, Acrobatics and Aerial Arts alongside our sister company Cirque L'amour. We also have ThreeSixty Martial Arts who offer boxing, kickboxing and self defence classes. Our Classes are welcome to everybody due to our versatile equipment, disabled access and disabled friendly facilities. No previous experience is necessary for any of our classes.

Our Story
Behind the Movement
Our studio was created in June 2022, after our sister studio 'Cirque L'amour which was created in 2020. Our aim is to ensure everyone has a place they feel confident, strong and happy whilst getting fit and working out. Our instructors are fully qualified, insured and first aid trained, and are always on hand for classes, 1-2-1 sessions and anything else you may require.
